In addition to running Artahead projects and courses, Nickova Behling also works as contracted arts-facilitator for other community organisations (e.g. Creative Future and the Recovery College )

Nickova also offers a range of Arts Development courses and works

Nickova has explored group dynamics in Artists Groups and has experience of team building and team dynamics. She offers creative team-building sessions and creative coaching for individual and group settings. Nickova is also experienced in training volunteers, especially if wanting to work with people with learning difficulties or mental health issues.
